The Good Wife ends as it began: with a slap.
There's a lot to talk about in this finale. So here's a quick rundown of what happened: (Note: a full recap/analysis will post later tonight.)
Last week ended with Peter deciding to take the deal right as Alicia received a call that the jury was back. However, it turns out that the jury didn't come back with a verdict. They have one more question, which gives Peter's team so much needed time to gather more evidence that will convince the jury he's not guilty.
Meanwhile, Alicia struggles to decide what she's going to do. Luca tells her what Jason said in the last episode about how she'll stay with Peter if he goes to jail. Luca tells her to think about who she wants to come home to. So, that's exactly what she does and she imagines coming home to the three men currently in her life: Jason, Peter, and….WILL GARDNER!
